Shippers are held responsible for loads, securing cargo and sealing containers. If cargo would not fit in a requested container, then shippers are held responsible on paying all charges related to prearrange of initially requested containers of wrong sizes. Shippers are held responsible for obtaining permits for acceptance containers to the load (if necessary).
