FCL means a Full Container Load. I.e., shipping cargo in entire multimodal sea freight containers.
Currently, we provide FCL service ONLY to our repeated experienced customers. To request FCL service, a customer must complete with us at least five LCL shipments.
Please keep in mind that, unlike LCL freight, FCL is very restrictive on each stage of transportation.

Consider LCL instead of FCL

If you can pack all your goods in boxes, crate it, or stack on pallets, then even though your cargo is sufficient to fill a 20-foot container (i.e., the shipping volume of your cargo is about 15 – 25 cubic meters), we'd still recommend you to consider using our Economy LCL Sea Freight Service. You may find that shipping LCL is more convenient and cost-effective than shipping an entire container (FCL).

With LCL, unlike with FCL, shippers are not obligated to load and secure cargo in containers. Unless you are experienced in containers' stuffing, think twice before ordering a full container. With LCL, if you deliver your packed goods to an ocean freight carrier's terminal (CFS - Container Freight Station), then:

You eliminate the costs of the container precarriage and return. There are no waiting time fees.
You avoid risks of penalties associated with missing cutoffs on the container pickup and return. You are not under the risk of penalties for late documentation submission, etc. Such penalties come directly from steamship lines and can be enormous.
You may deliver light, easy to handle, loose cardboard shipping boxes, and have them palletized at CFS. Then, besides the convenience, you transfer ISPM15 compliance in international shipping to the CFS.
When your container arrives at the destination, you are not obligated to pick it up, unload it, and return it to a container yard on time.

Rates in quotes received in our online freight price calculator are valid in aprx. 10 days and reflect freight cost available on the day of quote request. Shipping cost on actual shipping day will reflect GRI, BAF etc on the actual shipping day.
Container Yard's or container's delivery tracking company contact info will be reconfirmed in our dock receipt/shipping instructions upon booking requests.
This price quote is based on information submitted by shipper. Changes in shipment conditions, i.e. changes in actual w/m, type of commodity, type of pickup location etc may result in the price schedule change.
Shippers are held responsible for loads, securing cargo and sealing containers. If cargo would not fit in a requested container, then shippers are held responsible on paying all charges related to prearrange of initially requested containers of wrong sizes. Shippers are held responsible for obtaining permits for acceptance containers to the load (if necessary).
